Company registration document your ASIC extract, DTI or SEC certificate, or equivalent business registration document
Company details your registered company name and business information
Authorised officer details the name and position of the person authorised to submit and manage this application

A company profile or brochure is optional, you are welcome to attach one if you have it ready, but it is not required.

The application asks whether any institution, master-agent, or regulator agreement your organisation has held has been terminated for cause in the last 3 years, or whether there has been any finding of fraudulent or dishonest recruitment activity. Please answer this honestly. A past issue does not automatically rule your application out, it helps our team assess your application properly and support you from an informed starting point.
